Participation Costs

Early Bird Offer

Reserve your stand now to benefit from the last edition’s rate -
€ 475 Registration Fee and €308 per m² of stand floor space.

 

Offer expires on 31 May 2012. Participation costs after 31 May 2012:

• Registration fee € 495
• Stand space only € 315 / m²

There is no additional charge for co-exhibitors sharing the main exhibitors’ stand.
The exhibitors will benefit from the assistance of our in-house technical team and a wide-ranging promotion campaign to attract visitors.
Details about the available shell scheme and the appointed Freight and Customs company will be available at a later date.

Floor plan

The plan shows the layout of the exhibition in Pavilion 8.  Visitors to the venue can reach the halls from West, North and South Entrances to Expocentr.
