It is compulsory for every non-Russian citizen to have a visa to enter Russia. Visas should be applied for well in advance of the show (we recommend at least one month). In order to apply for your visa you need a letter of invitation and a “voucher” from the hotel. If you book your hotel through the Organiser, this documentation can also be raised for you at the point of making your booking. The documents will be faxed to you to accompany your visa application. Booking your hotel is therefore an important step in organising your participation at our exhibition and we recommend you to do it in time.
Tourist or Business Visa. We recommend you to apply for a tourist visa. A business visa requires additional invitation letters and takes 28 days to process. For the exhibiting purposes a tourist visa is sufficient.
Visa application. The Exhibitors should apply within their country of origin and should ask for final instructions on their application locally. Typically the visa application will require the following:
– 1 passport sized photo;
– current passport (valid for at least 6 month from date of return and containing a blank page for a visa);
– visa support documents (supplied by your hotel or by the Organiser);
– completed application form;
– payment.
Please consult your local Consulate for details.

Please note: The taxi travel times from the airport to the city centre and back can vary hugely, due to the amount of car traffic inMoscowCity. We always recommend checking with your hotel or your travel company about transfer times. Airport transfers by car should be arranged in advance.
A large number of international and domestic trains terminate in Moscow. All major train stations are connected to the Metro network. For train timetables and relevant travel information, please click here.
The Organisers have special rates for a number of hotels for the exhibition period.
